RumSol Feeds Return and Refund Policy
At RumSol Feeds, we are committed to providing high-quality products to our customers. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help you.
Returns:
- You have 7 calendar days from the date you received your product to request a return.
- Please be advised that the request is still subject for approval
- To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
- Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with will not be eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Perishable goods, such as feed products that have been opened or exposed to the elements, are not eligible for return.
- Custom or bulk orders are final sale and non-refundable unless damaged during transit.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Contact us at admin@rumen.ph with your order number and reason for the return.
- Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide the shipping address for the return.
- You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning the item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item is returned safely.
Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the return is approved.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
- If you received a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange a replacement.
Damaged or Incorrect Products:
- In the case of damaged or incorrect products, please contact us immediately with photos and details of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or provide a refund for the damaged or incorrect products..
Cancellations:
- Orders can be canceled before they are processed and shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order. Once the order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Late or Missing Refunds:
- If you havenβt received a refund within the expected timeframe, please check with your bank or credit card company as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
